Why the price works
Three chapters of everything are free, so you never pay to find out whether a book is for you. When you do unlock one, it's yours — no due dates, no "borrowing", nothing to give back. A person reads every book before it's listed, every book says how it was made, and only readers who've actually read one can rate it.
What "reader-verified" means
Ratings come only from people who unlocked the book and read at least a quarter of it — far enough to know, and far enough to say so if they couldn't finish. Completion, not clicks, is what moves a book up the shelf.

Upload a finished novel, set your price, keep your rights. We pay 60¢ every time a member unlocks it, $1.20 for the audiobook, and 70% of net on every sale — monthly, straight to your bank. No exclusivity, no fees. We pay for readers, not pages.
FAQ
Some are excellent, most are fine, and the shelf sorts itself: books only earn a "reader-verified" badge when 50 or more people finish them and rate them 4.2 or higher. Every book is free to try for three chapters, so you're never guessing.
